Junior O2C Specialist (German & English)

Location : Porto, Portugal (On-site)

Start Date : 22 January 2026

Working Hours : Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00; Weekends off

Salary & Bonuses :

• 1,300€ gross/month (14 payments)
• Welcome Bonus: 3,000€ (German speakers) – paid in 12 monthly instalments during the first year; depends on <6>

Benefits :

• Meal allowance: 7.63€ per working day
• Health insurance: From day 1 (employee contribution required); free after 6 months
• Relocation support (if moving from abroad): Room in shared apartment up to 12 months; 280€/month, utilities included (deducted from payslip)

Role Overview : Support Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Accounts Receivable processes in an international finance environment, ensuring accurate transactions and excellent customer support.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or similar
• 6+ months experience in O2C / AR / Finance Ops (2–5 years a plus)
• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables preferred)
• ERP knowledge (SAP / Oracle / NetSuite is a plus)
• Fluent German & Advanced English (C1)
• Detail-oriented, analytical, customer-focused
