We are looking for a motivated IT professional to provide onsite support and escalation for enterprise solutions within Manufacturing and R&D. In this role, you will work closely with IT Business Partners and Global IT to ensure systems are efficient, secure, and aligned with Industry 4.0 standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2 support for manufacturing and R&D systems (desktops, OS, antivirus, applications)
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring proper documentation
- Support integration of manufacturing systems in line with Industry 4.0 standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Advanced Operations, and R&D
- Contribute to knowledge base articles and promote shift-left initiatives
- Ensure compliance with IT security standards (patching, antivirus, firewall)
- Participate in global IT projects and support enterprise system adoption
- Recommend and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and cost savings
- Support shop floor systems and machine-level integrations
- Contribute to IT operational processes (incident, problem, change, asset management)
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Information Systems or equivalent (preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Experience in manufacturing or R&D IT environments is an advantage
- Industry 4.0 or Microsoft certifications are a plus
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to influence and work across teams
