Sales & Business Development in Stuttgart

Stuttgart Vollzeit Vor Ort
Portalliz

We're building the governance layer that multinational IT teams have been missing for years.

Portalliz is an early-stage product with real customers, real problems to solve, and a global market ahead of it. If you want to work on something that matters — and see your impact immediately — read on.

Stuttgart, Baden-Württemberg, Germany Remote-friendly for some roles

How we work

Small team, big scope

Every person on the team owns something real. No layers, no waiting for approval from three departments. You ship, you see the result, you iterate.

Global product, German roots

We're based in Stuttgart and serve IT teams worldwide. Our work language is English. Our market is Europe, Brazil, and beyond.

Learning is part of the job

Portalliz was started by a founder who's been learning and building for 30 years — and is built by a team that shares that curiosity. We expect the same from everyone who joins us.

Open positions

We hire for attitude and capability, not just credentials. If you don't see your exact role below — scroll to the bottom.

Full-Stack Developer

Full-time Stuttgart / Remote Immediate start

You'll work directly on the Portalliz platform — frontend (React, TypeScript, Tailwind), backend (Node.js, Express, SQLite), and the Microsoft Graph integration layer.

This is not a maintenance role. You'll build new features, own entire modules, and ship to real customers. The codebase is clean, the architecture is clear, and the problems are interesting.

What we're looking for:

  • — React and TypeScript — comfortable, not just familiar
  • — Understanding of REST APIs and OAuth flows
  • — Bonus: Docker and self-hosted deployment experience

What you get:

  • — Direct collaboration with the founder
  • — Real ownership of product features
  • — Competitive compensation for Stuttgart market
  • — Remote-friendly with occasional Stuttgart meetups

Portalliz solves a real, measurable problem for multinational IT teams. Your job is to connect that solution with the people who need it.

This is an early-stage sales role — you'll help define the process, not just execute it. You'll talk to IT Directors, CIOs, and CFOs at mid-market companies across the DACH region and beyond. You need to understand the technical problem well enough to have a credible conversation, and the sales instinct to move that conversation toward a decision.

What we're looking for:

  • — Experience selling B2B SaaS or IT solutions
  • — German and English — fluent in both
  • — Comfortable talking to IT leadership and Finance
  • — Self-starter who can build a pipeline from scratch
  • — Bonus: existing network in DACH IT mid-market

What you get:

  • — Competitive base + commission structure
  • — A product that solves a real problem (much easier to sell)
  • — Direct input into go-to-market strategy
  • — Stuttgart base with travel flexibility

All levels Stuttgart / Remote German or English

Don't see your exact role above? We're a growing team and we're interested in people who bring something we haven't thought of yet.

If you have a background in IT infrastructure, Microsoft 365 administration, product design, content marketing, or anything else that could help Portalliz grow — send us a message. Tell us what you do, what you're good at, and why Portalliz interests you.

We read every Initiativbewerbung personally. No automated rejection emails.

You'll learn how real software is built here — not in theory, but on a product that helps real customers every day.

Portalliz is a platform for Microsoft 365 license management, built on a modern stack: React, TypeScript, Node.js, Docker. From day one you'll write real code, solve real problems, and see the impact of your work.

What we're looking for:

  • — Interest in software development and IT
  • — Curiosity and initiative
  • — Fluent German, basic English

What you get:

  • — Work on a real product with real users
  • — Modern tech stack from day one
  • — Personal mentorship — no anonymous training program

Theory at DHBW, practice at Portalliz — and a position that takes what you bring seriously from day one.

In the dual study program with us, you'll work on a global B2B SaaS product: Microsoft 365 license governance for multinational companies. You'll understand why decisions are made the way they are, not just how to implement them.

Matching study programs:

  • — Business Information Systems

What we're looking for:

  • — Interest in software, IT and business
  • — English — you'll work internationally
  • — Independence and willingness to learn

What you get:

  • — Tuition covered (DHBW)
  • — International product experience from day one
  • — Chance of a full-time offer after graduation

Part-time / Internship Stuttgart / Remote Flexible

Studying and want to work on something real on the side? Or need a mandatory internship that actually moves you forward?

We're looking for working students and interns in two areas:

React, TypeScript, Node.js — collaborate on real features, not internal tools no one uses.

Marketing & Content:

SEO content, LinkedIn, technical writing — for a B2B product with a global market.

Duration: from 3 monthsCompensation: fair, discussed in interview
