To strengthen our Metrology team, we are looking for a:
Your activity
- Ensure accurate and reliable metrology services for incoming inspections, production support, customer applications and machine validation
- Analyze measurement results, prepare technical reports and provide valuable insights to internal and external stakeholders
- Manage incoming inspection non-conformities in collaboration with Supplier Quality
- Maintain and improve the performance, calibration and traceability of measurement equipment
- Monitor KPIs and contribute to the continuous improvement of metrology processes and inspection methods
- Support the selection and implementation of new measurement technologies and equipment
- Ensure that Posalux measurement capabilities evolve in line with product innovations and future developments
- Collaborate closely with engineering, production, quality and sales teams on technical challenges, development projects and customer requirements
- Program and operate advanced measurement systems, including Werth and Keyence equipment
- Contribute to the validation and reliability of integrated measurement systems through capability studies and statistical analyses
Your profile
- Technical diploma or degree in Quality Engineering, Metrology, Microtechnology or a related field
- Proven experience in dimensional metrology within an industrial environment
- Strong knowledge of technical drawings, geometrical tolerancing and ISO GPS standards
- Experience with measurement software and programming; WinWerth knowledge is a plus
- Good understanding of industrial statistics and measurement system analysis
- Comfortable working with ERP, CAD and Microsoft Office tools
- Structured, analytical and hands‑on approach combined with strong communication skills
- Fluent French and very good command of English
- 5 weeks of vacation and 1 week additional compensation time
