As a Construction Logistics Manager, you will actively contribute to the success of one of the largest construction sites in Switzerland, located in Bulle.
Your responsibilities
- On site, with your team, you take charge of managing material flows and deliveries, ensuring everything runs smoothly. - You optimise logistical processes, coordinate the various stakeholders, and guarantee quality as well as adherence to deadlines – your expertise makes the difference. - You organise and coordinate deliveries via a digital platform, ensuring each step is seamless and efficient. - You unload materials using a forklift and directly contribute to the smooth running of the site. - In constant contact with clients, partners, and suppliers, you participate in coordination meetings and prepare essential documents for the project’s success. - As one of the key logistics personnel on site, you participate in managing logistical activities, working closely with other managers to ensure performance and smooth operations.

Your prerequisites
- Proven experience in construction or logistics, ideally in a coordination role - Professional training in construction, logistics, or an equivalent field - Excellent organisational, planning, and prioritisation skills - Experience coordinating various stakeholders on site - Very good command of French - Comfortable with IT tools and digital platforms - Forklift licence R1 & R2 essential - Willingness to undertake training in the use of lifting equipment (hoist, aerial work platform, crane slinging) - Availability to work in team shifts (morning or evening), between 7:00 and 22:00
Your assets
- Additional training in construction, logistics, or occupational safety - Possession of other licences or certifications recognised by Suva - Experience on large-scale construction sites
