Your tasks
- IT Coordination activities for insourced and outsourced for the site and production environment;
- First & second level support for insourced infrastructure and end-users;
- Provide and coordinate technical support for internal and external applications;
- Collaboration with external IT providers to ensure the smooth operation and support of both insourced and outsourced ICT infrastructure and applications;
Your profile
- 5 years IT Support and/or IT Coordination minimum;
- IT Technician Advanced Diploma or Higher Education and/or successful track record in IT Support Operations and Applications;
- Knowledge on Microsoft Windows Server Administration – in managing and configuring Microsoft Windows Server environments;
- Knowledge on Server Virtualization technologies such as VMware, Hyper-V, or similar platforms, is an advantage;
- Cloud Technologies and Integration – Knowledge of cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure or AWS, particularly in hybrid environments, for application hosting, backups, and scalability;
- Fluency in Italian and English.
