With Whom You Will CELLebrate
The mission has started. We are starting our own battery cell production in our Battery Valley and ramping up our global headquarters for global cell production. This includes ESS (Energy Storage System) and non-automotive applications. The ESS organisation takes care of the upstream storage value chain. Our responsibilities include research, pre-development of materials and components, series development, prototyping, testing and analyses of ESS components & storage systems.
How You Will CELLebrate
- Develop the Supplier Management process. Assist in the securing and monitoring of the Supplier Management process.
- Develop and maintain strong, strategic relationships with key suppliers.
- Conduct Supplier Audits to evaluate supplier capability as basis for supplier nomination.
- Evaluate the production process of the supplier for serial production capability.
- Review industrialization concepts and conduct plausibility checks of supplier timelines.
- Steering of the quality requirements for the product as well as implementation of corrective measures to achieve targets.
What You Need For Our CELLebration
- Successfully completed education in the field of chemistry, process engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or similar.
- Extensive experience in quality management / supplier quality engineering.
- Experience in the field of quality assurance.
- Relevant experience in the field of manufacturing processes in the field of electromobility and battery cells.
- Experience in the field of auditing and qualification of industrial products and processes.
