Who We Are

The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley, we are beginning our own battery cell production and the ramp-up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. The operations team handles all activities related to battery cell manufacturing, including planning, constructing, and rolling out new battery cell factories. Additionally, planning and implementing operational functions such as logistics, quality, production, and plant management are key elements within our corporate product area.

Your Role And Key Responsibilities

• Lead the department Proj. / SE-Team within Operations and manage interfaces with Product Management, Engineering, and Purchasing.
• Manage requirements and premises within the product project, representing the Operations perspective relevant to the Standard Factory concept.
• Initiate, create, and implement the project governance structure for all rollout projects.
• Manage resources and ensure efficient utilization of project management tools (e.g., project plan, risk management, change management, documentation, and reporting).
• Align Change Management activities with Development, Purchasing, and Product Management.

What You Bring To The Team

• University degree or comparable education in science or technical field.
• Profound professional experience in Project Management within Operations.
• Strong leadership skills to steer a multidisciplinary matrix organization.
• Self-initiative, analytical, systematic, team-oriented, and a networker within a matrix organization.
• Willingness to travel to regional locations (NA, Asia, EU).
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

What Makes You Stand Out

• Fluent in written and spoken German.
• Additional experience in battery cell manufacturing or development is desirable.
