ph3Purpose /h3 ul liDevelopment and execution of the EHS strategy for the Selzach site with the longterm objective to achieve "Zero Accidents" /li liContact Person/SME for EHS for the locations Selzach (incl. apprentice shop) /li liLiason with Corporate EHS to assure site compliance with strategy and expectations /li /ul h3Key responsibilties /h3 ul liDefinition of EHS Goals and Objectives for the Selzach site /li liAlignment of local EHS strategy with Corporate EHS strategy as well as Corporate Goals and Objectives /li liSicherheitsbeauftragter and Gefahrgutbeauftragter for the site and related buildings/operations incl. apprentice shop /li liManagement of relationship with critical contractors e.g. Neosys /li liAssurance of local compliance with regulatory requirement related to EHS. /li liMaintenance of the Selzach certification status and integrated management system related to ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. Assurance of accuracy and completeness of risk management documentation. Continuous improvement and adaptation of the EHS Management System /li liEducate, train and collaborate with the local Facility Services provider to assure compliance with the EHS management system requirements and contiuously improvement of facility services in relation to EHS /li liPoint of contact to the local public authorities e.g. Kantonales Amt für Umwelt, SUVA etc. Annual Reporting to the cantonal Amt für Umwelt Solothurn (Environmental protection certification) as part of the "Kollaborationsvereinbarung" /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liTechnical background with advanced Education in Industrial Engineering, building service engineering or mechanical engineering /li liKnowledge in Facility Management /li liKnowledge and training in safety aspects ("Sicherheitsbeauftragter") /li liFluent in German and English /li li5 -10 years relevant work experience /li liKnowhow and experience in EHS Management Systems /li liSelf-motivated/self-starter and ability to work independently or in teams /li liService oriented attitude combined with innovative thinking /li liBusiness minded, change orientated and pro-active personality /li liDiplomatic, tactful and approachable; capable of navigating in a Corporate environment in terms of communication, escalations etc. /li /ul pWe have signed the Diversity Charter and are proud to be part of this initiative to promote diversity in the workplace.
