Due to our continuous growth, PQE Group is seeking an Execution Team who is responsible for delivering the assigned workstream activities in accordance with the agreed scope, schedule, quality standards, and project requirements.
The team consists of qualified professionals with the appropriate technical and functional expertise to execute project tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to
- Execute workstream activities according to the project plan and defined priorities.
- Deliver assigned tasks within the agreed timelines and quality standards.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager, Technical Leads, and other workstreams to ensure effective coordination.
- Provide regular progress updates, identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and support mitigation activities.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with customer procedures, standards, and governance.
- Participate in planning, review, testing, and acceptance activities as required.
- Support knowledge sharing and ensure continuity of project execution throughout resource ramp-up and ramp-down phases.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant university degree or equivalent professional experience in the applicable discipline.
- +1 year of experience in experience in delivering projects of similar scope, complexity, and technology.
- Strong technical and/or functional expertise relevant to the assigned workstream.
- Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary and geographically distributed teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing project requirements.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on quality, collaboration, and timely delivery.
- Native-level proficiency in German (C2 or equivalent) is mandatory, professional proficiency in English
