JOB PURPOSE

For the Christmas Season in December we are seeking a Retail Support (m/f/d) full‑time (40 h/week) to join our team in Frankfurt.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with maintenance of the assortment and the stockroom.
• Support the sales floor team with greeting customers.
• Communicate with, look after, and entertain customers during possible waiting times.
• Support the team in the presentation and handling of goods.
• Help our teams with gift wrapping.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

• You ideally already have experience in retail, or a similar profession.
• You enjoy working in a team, are reliable and have a high degree of flexibility in terms of working days and workload.
• You stand out due to your friendly approach to our discerning customers.
• You are motivated and willing to learn.
• You speak German and English at a fluent level.
