A few questions to test the fit: Have you run and managed an EPC tender for an onshore renewables project? Do you know the onshore EPC market in Germany, who is credible, who has capacity, and what they charge? Do you have experience across onshore renewables or battery storage? Do you bring a strong technical background alongside a commercial track record? Can you negotiate contracts, manage engineering and external suppliers, and lead commercial and procurement activity end to end? Could you operate in a fast-paced, agile environment? You will work on some of the longest-duration battery storage projects being built anywhere, at the forefront of the technology.
