Задачи:
- Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, and other relevant channels
- Manage the marketing budget independently and monitor CAC and other metrics
- Continuously test new creatives, keywords, and landing pages and scale what works
- Build a clean tracking and reporting setup for data-driven decisions
- Work closely with Sales and Product to continuously refine target audiences and messaging
- Develop the performance marketing strategy from the ground up.
Требования:
- At least 3 years of performance marketing experience, ideally in a B2B startup or SaaS environment focused on SMB customers
- Proven experience managing budgets and reducing CAC or increasing ROAS
- Data-driven mindset with decisions based on metrics rather than assumptions
