Focusing on building fundamental Bitcoin infrastructure, Blockstream quickly grew into one of the leading technology power houses of the industry. /p pFirst announced at the Bitcoin 2025 conference in Las Vegas in May, Blockstream Enterprise is a Bitcoin-focused software suite enabling banks, prime brokers and corporations to safely and securely custody Bitcoin and manage tokenization and treasury operations. /p pWe are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our Enterprise product team in EMEA, to lead the ongoing development and adoption of our Enterprise solution in the EMEA region. /p h3What You’ll Be Doing (Responsibilities): /h3 h370% – Technical Product Management /h3 ul lipTranslate vision into actionable roadmap, own the product narrative and communicate effectively to all levels of the organization /p /li lipEngage with engineering in technical conversations, understanding implications of technical decisions, and align Engineering work to product goals /p /li lipLead project execution, anticipating and resolving roadblocks, coordinating the work of teammates, and clearly communicating goals and status with the organization /p /li lipIdentify product opportunities, translating them into clear milestones and artefacts that align with Business Objectives /p /li /ul h330% – Discovery Research /h3 ul lipSupport Continuous Discovery habits, engage in market and customer research, follow regulatory/market news, identify trends /p /li lipConduct customer discovery workshops, document findings, translate insights into signals and identify gaps in the product roadmap /p /li lipDrive product requirements, drive product documentation and own the workstream, collaborating with Engineering, Design, Business and Marketing teams /p /li lipGather qualitative and quantitative data to be able to support or challenge product assumptions/feature requests /p /li /ul h3What We Look For In You (Required Qualifications): /h3 ul lip7+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a regulated environment with a proven track record of delivering impact /p /li lipUnderstanding of blockchain-based technology, crypto custody best practices, and the tokenization lifecycle /p /li lipExceptional communication skills and aptitude for conveying complex technical concepts /p /li lipComfort with the pace, scrappiness and dynamic environment within a growing startup. /p /li lipWorkplace Lugano or Geneva, Switzerland /p /li lipExcellent written and verbal English communication skills /p /li /ul h3Nice To Haves (Preferred Qualifications): /h3 ul lipPrior work experience on Bitcoin-related products /p /li lipExperience with other enterprise-focused crypto products and their application / adoption among businesses from the TradFi sector /p /li lipDeep understanding of traditional financial systems, services products /p /li lipA holistic understanding of the major interoperable cash generating units within global money center banks: Commercial banking, investment banking, prime brokerage and asset management /p /li lipPrior knowledge of Liquid and its role in the Bitcoin ecosystem /p /li lipLanguages: Russian and/or Ukrainian /p /li /ul pStay Safe from Job Scams All official Blockstream communication will come from an @blockstream.com email address.
