Flutter Engineer

We are looking for a talented and motivated Flutter engineer to join our team at Predict42, a leading AI company for feedback analytics. As a Flutter engineer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality Flutter mobile applications for our AI products. You will work closely with our lead flutter engineer, product managers, designers, and backend engineers to build and ship innovative and user-friendly apps.

Responsibilities

1. Develop and maintain Flutter mobile applications for our AI products
2. Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to gather requirements, design, and implement new features
3. Optimize and debug Flutter applications for performance and reliability
4. Stay up-to-date on the latest Flutter technologies and best practices
5. Collaborate with other engineers to build and maintain a scalable and maintainable codebase

Qualifications

1. 2+ years of experience in any of the lead frontend frameworks and willingness to get into Flutter
2. Good understanding of frontend architecture and best practices
3. First experience with Dart programming language
4. Experience with designing and implementing user interfaces
5. Experience with unit testing and integration testing
6. Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
7. Professional level German skills
8. Hybrid working model – You need to be at least 3 days per week in our Mainz office

Bonus Points

1. Experience with FastAPI
2. Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
3. Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines
