Your Mission

As a Senior Product Designer, your mission is to help our customers make effective capital decisions. You will work in a cross-functional team, focusing on design excellence by transforming complex topics into a clear, user-friendly tool.

You will take ownership of the design process, collaborate across teams, and turn insights into wireframes, prototypes, and high-impact products that meet user and business needs.

Your Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with product squads, tech, and management to convert insights, requirements, and data into intuitive designs.
2. Create detailed wireframes and prototypes to facilitate discussions and align stakeholders.
3. Use your data visualization skills to present complex information clearly and effectively.
4. Design visually appealing solutions in Figma, iterating based on stakeholder feedback.
5. Build and maintain scalable design systems, balancing pragmatism with process.
6. Stay updated on web technology innovations and apply them to enterprise tools.
7. Participate in user research and feedback to ensure designs meet customer needs, iterating rapidly.

Your Profile

1. At least 2 years of experience as a Product Designer, especially with enterprise web applications.
2. Proficient in developing wireframes and prototypes, translating ideas into tangible designs.
3. Excellent communication skills for explaining design concepts to technical and non-technical colleagues.
4. Proficiency in Figma, with a portfolio demonstrating your process and impact.
5. Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and information architecture.
6. Experience in contributing to and maintaining a design system for consistency and efficiency.
