As Hotel Manager (m/f/d) you will be responsible for one of our hotels and lead your team with passion and vision. - Overall responsibility: You manage the entire hotel operation and are responsible for all operational and administrative processes.
- Team leadership: You will lead, motivate and develop your team to ensure excellence in all areas.
- Budget management: You are responsible for meeting budget and profitability targets.
- Quality assurance: You implement measures to increase guest satisfaction and quality.
What defines you
- Experience in hotel management: Several years of management experience in the hotel industry or a comparable sector, with a focus on operational and commercial responsibility.
