Act as the commercial guardian, ensuring that when technical teams evaluate innovative suppliers, the relevant commodity teams are immediately integrated to vet long-term industrial capability and corporate alignment.* **Supplier Landscape Co-Alignment:** Coordinate the initial supplier ecosystem configuration for new programmes, ensuring that early supplier choices respect the final accountability and long-term roadmap of the commodity teams.**Programme Planning, Cost Governance & Risk Mapping*** **Early Value Engineering Coordination:** Facilitate technical workshops by actively bringing engineering departments and the accountable commodity managers together.
