Together, you will handle demanding tasks for SMEs and various legal forms, working closely with specialized experts, including the tax department. You can expect a professional environment with short decision-making paths, a high orientation toward quality, and a strong coaching and fiduciary culture.Your Impact- Independently and actively manage a diverse client portfolio consisting of SMEs and various legal forms as well as branches of international clients.- Take over the support of our clients in the areas of financial, accounts receivable, and accounts payable accounting as well as tax matters in cooperation with our tax experts.- Occasionally complete external assignments in finance and accounting at client companies.- Take on coaching and mentoring tasks within the team and share your knowledge and expertise for the quality control of the work performed and a fair workload within the team.- Actively support client acquisition and the preparation of offers and support the team in further development.Skill Set- Completed further education at the level of a professional certificate, business administration HF/FH in Accounting & Controlling, or be in training to become a certified fiduciary expert.- Several years of experience in a fiduciary environment and experience in managing demanding mandates independently.- German as a native language and very good English skills.- An analytical, precise, and results-oriented way of working and be open, team-oriented, responsible, and skilled in communication.- Experience in small teams and enjoy coaching tasks.- Describe yourself as a confident IT user with a winning and service-oriented personality.Any questions?
