Essential Skills:

• 10+ years of experience in SAP environments, with at least 5+ years in leadership roles.
• Hands-on expertise in multiple SAP modules and project management, ideally within SAP Logistics (SD, MM or EWM)
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA and its integration with other enterprise systems.
• Exceptional leadership and people management skills.
• Business Level German and English Skills.

Desirbale Skills:

• Project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).

About the role:

• As the Head of SAP, you will manage a team of x12 SAP professionals both Technical and Functional and report into the CIO.
• You will help Develop and implement the new SAP S/4 HANA roadmap aligned with the company’s strategic goals.
• Oversee the architecture, deployment, and maintenance of SAP modules (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, MM, EWM, SD, FICO).
• Drive SAP project implementations and Rollouts to production sites worldwide alongside upgrades, and optimization projects.
• Play a pivotal role in the company’s global business process harmonization.
