About the Role Perform administration, monitoring, tuning, and troubleshooting of our SAP systems (ECC & S/4HANA). Support system installations, upgrades, patching, and migrations (including OS/DB migrations and S/4HANA transition projects). Manage SAP transport landscapes and perform transports across systems. Maintain high availability and performance of SAP applications and databases. Coordinate with functional and development teams on system enhancements, integrations, and deployments on a global level. Lead or support middleware/integration tasks. Maintain user and role administration, system security, and compliance with internal controls. Implement and monitor system backups, recovery, and disaster recovery planning. Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams for performance tuning and capacity planning. Document system architecture, procedures, and best practices. Provide on-call support and participate in scheduled maintenance windows. Position Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled SAP BASIS Administrator with proven experience across both SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments. The ideal candidate will have deep technical knowledge of SAP system administration, installations, upgrades, and migrations, coupled with strong expertise in integration technologies and middleware platforms and third‑party interface tools. You will play a critical role in supporting the stability, performance, and security of our SAP landscape and the ongoing Global SAP S/4 HANA Transformation.
