Director of SAP Recruitment at PRIMA Partners Global
Key Responsibilities
- Lead SAP FICO enhancement projects on the existing SAP ECC system.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
- Deliver configuration, testing, and documentation for new developments.
- Provide expertise in Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules.
- Offer thought leadership and best practices in SAP Finance transformation and optimisation.
- Support issue resolution, system improvements, and change requests.
- Act as the key point of contact for stakeholders regarding SAP FICO developments.
Key Skills & Experience
- 8+ years’ experience as an SAP FICO Consultant, with a strong focus on SAP ECC.
- Proven experience in designing, developing, and enhancing FICO solutions.
- Deep understanding of core finance processes: GL, AR, AP, Asset Accounting, Controlling, Cost Centres, Profit Centres, and Internal Orders.
- Hands-on experience with system enhancements and leading project delivery.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Previous freelance/contracting experience preferred.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP FICO Consultant to join on a freelance basis. The consultant will play a key role in further development, enhancements, and optimisation of our existing SAP ECC system, while also leading finance-related SAP projects from design through to delivery.
This role is fully remote and requires a self-driven individual who can operate independently while collaborating closely with business stakeholders and the IT team.
