The Head of Content & Creatives is a pivotal leadership role designed to bring creative clarity, operational excellence, and strategic depth to everything we put into the world. We’re seeking someone who combines visionary creative thinking with high-performance execution—a leader who understands the power of brand storytelling, content architecture, and visual identity in driving emotional connection and business growth.

This role requires someone who can see the big picture, build systems to support it, and lead the team that brings it to life. If you wake up with ideas and go to bed thinking about elevating the next campaign—you might be who we’re looking for.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Develop and lead a cross-channel content and creative strategy.
  2. Manage a multidisciplinary team of copywriters, designers, and producers with clarity and accountability.
  3. Bring big ideas to life—from campaign concept to execution across all relevant touchpoints.
  4. Ensure brand and legal compliance across design, messaging, and product communication.
  5. Build scalable processes connecting brand, performance, and product teams—enabling creative excellence.

Your support will involve:

  1. Leading a high-performing creative team: Defining roles and fostering creative excellence through structured collaboration.
  2. Aligning content and design strategy: Developing a cross-channel strategy ensuring a consistent brand experience.
  3. Developing and executing campaigns: Overseeing creative concepts from ideation to rollout with focus on impact and relevance.
  4. Establishing efficient workflows: Implementing scalable processes that connect teams and drive projects efficiently.
  5. Ensuring brand compliance and quality: Guaranteeing high-quality, legally compliant content and developing standards for consistency.

Required experience:

  • C1-level English proficiency, both written and spoken.
  • At least eight years of professional experience, including four years in a leadership role overseeing content and creative teams.
  • Deep expertise in brand storytelling, creative direction, and content strategy.
  • Proven experience with direct response, digital content performance, and cross-channel execution (e.g., social media, CRM, paid media, packaging).
  • Strong understanding of production workflows, legal requirements, and industries such as beauty, wellness, or consumer goods.
  • Familiarity with tools like Asana, Notion, Figma, Adobe, and Google Workspace, or the ability to learn them quickly.
