To strengthen our team in Switzerland, we are looking for Packaging Engineer.
In this function, you will be responsible to support the development and maintenance of drug delivery devices (Auto-injectors, Pre-filled Syringes, etc.) and drug packaging.
Your Duties
- Development of primary and secondary packaging for the pharmaceutical industry
- Preparation of reports on primary packaging materials / processes
- Ensuring regulatory compliance in accordance with external and internal regulatory requirements and quality standards
- Support and coordinate the production and delivery of packaging materials
- Support of packaging tests
- Participation in the packaging lines qualification (e.g. blister production, filling, bag, stick pack filling systems)
- Support of risk management
Our Requirements
- Master or phD degree in packaging technology or packaging engineering, materials science, mechanical engineering, chemistry or equivalent
- Good knowledge of pharmaceutical development
- First experience in the development and documentation of primary packaging, including GMP, QA and design control aspects.
- First experience in packaging process validation and packaging testing
- Fluent English and German
