What You’ll Do
- Lead and mentor a multi-disciplinary team delivering substation physical and protection & control designs for utilities and EPC partners.
- Manage project budgets , schedules, resources, and client relationships throughout all phases.
- Review and guide deliverables to ensure technical quality and compliance with industry standards.
- Foster collaboration and drive a team culture focused on communication, accountability, and innovation.
- Support business development through proposal preparation and client engagement.
- Act as a trusted advisor and problem solver for clients and team members alike.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. PMP is required ; PE license is a plus.
- 12+ years of experience in substation and power systems project management , with utility or EPC exposure.
- Deep understanding of high-voltage substation design and the power delivery process.
- Strong communication, leadership, and mentoring skills .
Compensation
Estimated salary range: $110,000 – $150,000 , based on experience, qualifications, and PMP status.
