You will be taking care of
Writing scripts for and editing driver-facing tutorial and onboarding videos that help our users get started and grow with confidence
Designing materials such as one-pagers, posters, and merch for our depots, often on short notice
Assisting in managing our driver merch from start to finish, including finding vendors, keeping track of budget and orders, and organizing delivery to the depots
Taking on regular support shifts, helping users directly and gaining first-hand insight into what they really need
Turning what you learn in support into better visual content, so our videos and materials answer the questions users actually have
You check these boxes
You are proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro/DaVinci/Avid and you pick up new tools quickly
You have a good eye for clear, engaging visual storytelling
You genuinely enjoy supporting users and see support shifts as a valuable part of the role
You welcome feedback and use it to make your work better
You are a team player who stays humble, reliable, and happy to take on the tasks the team needs most
