Delivery Lead at PRIMUS Global Solutions (UK & Europe)
Job Description:
- Key pillar of M365 operations, ensuring stability and availability of Microsoft Teams and SharePoint Online (incl. OneDrive for Business).
- Requires solid technical expertise across both Teams and SharePoint environments.
- Works closely with senior Teams and SharePoint experts.
- Acts as primary backup to ensure operational continuity in the absence of senior experts.
- Provides advanced support, daily administration, and maintains health of Teams and SharePoint platforms.
- Provide 2nd and intermediate 3rd level support for Microsoft Teams (including voice functionalities) and SharePoint Online / OneDrive for Business.
- Serve as primary operational backup for dedicated Teams and SharePoint specialists during their absence.
- Independently troubleshoot and resolve complex platform-related issues to minimize service disruption.
- Participate in on-call rotation to ensure business continuity.
- Act as a reliable technical contact for Level 1–5 support teams, service managers, and other operational units.
- Perform daily administrative tasks within Teams Admin Center and SharePoint Online Admin Center.
- Manage and maintain configurations for Teams policies, voice features, SharePoint site collections, permissions, and service applications.
- Support integration of M365 products with Teams and SharePoint (e.g., Power Platform, Exchange).
- Assist in execution of platform updates, maintenance activities, and smaller projects under senior expert guidance.
- Document operational processes and contribute to support team knowledge base.
- Implement and monitor access policies and permission models according to governance frameworks.
- Ensure operational activities align with compliance and audit requirements (e.g., EU and German regulatory standards, ISO).
- Assist in generating service level reports and conducting periodic health checks for both platforms.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven hands‑on experience administering Microsoft Teams and SharePoint Online / OneDrive for Business.
- Strong practical knowledge of Teams administration including policies.
- Voice functionalities experience (PSTN, Direct Routing, Operator Connect, call queues) is helpful.
- Willingness to build expertise in Teams Voice in collaboration with senior expert.
- Solid experience with SharePoint Online administration: site collection management, permissions, and search configuration.
- Proficiency in PowerShell for automating administrative tasks and reporting.
- Good understanding of overall M365 service landscape and Teams-SharePoint integration.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and ITSM tools.
- Knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) is a plus.
- Conversational/Professional Level German Language is needed (B2 Certified)
Certifications
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert (MS‑102) – highest administrative M365 certification.
- Previous certifications (e.g., MCSE SharePoint) are a significant plus.
