Senior FP&A Manager – Commercial Finance & Product Performance
Privatal is supporting a financial services business seeking a Senior FP&A Manager to strengthen product forecasting, profitability analysis and commercial decision making.
The role suits someone who wants to work closely with the business, understand what drives revenue and profitability, and influence decisions through robust financial analysis.
The role
- Build and maintain forecasts for product revenue, costs and profitability.
- Partner with commercial and product stakeholders to understand performance drivers and challenge assumptions.
- Assess new products and commercial initiatives through financial modelling and business cases.
- Develop scenarios to evaluate opportunities, risks and their impact on business performance.
- Connect product forecasts with wider P&L, balance-sheet and capital-planning requirements.
- Present clear recommendations to senior stakeholders and improve the quality of forecasting and analysis.
Your background
- Experience in FP&A, commercial finance or finance business partnering within banking, insurance or a comparable financial services environment.
- Strong financial modelling skills and experience forecasting revenue and profitability.
- An understanding of balance-sheet dynamics and capital requirements alongside P&L performance.
- The ability to translate complex analysis into practical commercial recommendations.
- Confidence taking ownership and working independently with senior stakeholders.
- German language skills would be beneficial but are not essential.
