Job Profile:

You will play a crucial role in sourcing by identifying qualified vertical market software companies, expanding coverage in targeted sectors, engaging with software owners considering a sale, and building relationships over time. Your efforts in origination will directly contribute to the company acquiring new businesses each year.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, research, and evaluate attractive companies based on investment criteria.
• Conduct outbound prospecting using various channels, including email, phone, and industry events.
• Build trust and establish long-term relationships with software business owners in key verticals.
• Drive daily engagement and nurturing programs to maintain strong connections.
• Collaborate with the broader team to drive business outcomes and contribute innovative ideas to enhance sourcing strategies.
• Utilize internal software tools and resources to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
• Maintain clear records of activities in Salesforce.com and Outreach, regularly reporting on key performance metrics.
• Understand key financial metrics.
