The Opportunity
We are currently looking for a Head of M&A to join a European mid market Private Equity portfolio company in the IT Services & Consulting sector.
The Role
- Development and execution of the buy and build strategy across Europe
- Manage aspects of the investment process
- Integrating add-on acquisitions to the main asset
- Responsible for building and maintaining client relationships with potential targets
- Conducting market and competition analysis to identify possible target companies and creating recommendations for action
- Reporting directly to the CEO/CFO
Required Experience
- Fluent German and English
- Full A-Z exposure of the M&A deal cycle (Sourcing – PMI)
- Entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to be hands-on
- IT, Tech or Digital Infra experience
