Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement tax strategies to support business growth across multiple jurisdictions
- Manage international tax compliance, reporting, and transfer pricing documentation in collaboration with external advisors
- Lead tax aspects of M&A transactions, due diligence, structuring, and post-deal integration
- Identify and manage tax risks; ensure adherence to global tax governance standards
- Partner with finance, legal, and business teams on cross-functional initiatives (treasury, supply chain, commercial structuring)
- Optimize tax positions through proactive planning and risk management
- Monitor evolving tax legislation and assess business impact
- Support external audit processes and liaise with tax authorities as required
Your Profile:
- ACA/CTA/CPA qualified or equivalent, with significant post-qualification experience in international tax
- Prior in-house experience in a corporate or PE-backed environment highly preferred
- Strong technical knowledge of international corporate tax, transfer pricing, and tax accounting
- Experience in global tax compliance and reporting
- Commercially minded, with strong business acumen and ability to work cross-functionally
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with comfort operating in a fast-paced environment
