Job Title: Deal Origination Manager – Software M&A (Germany)

We are working with a software investor looking to hire a Deal Origination professional to support their acquisition efforts in the German market. They focus on acquiring and growing t software companies across Europe, with a strong emphasis on the DACH region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage with software founders, advisors, and intermediaries in Germany
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential acquisition targets
• Develop and manage relationships to generate proprietary deal flow
• Collaborate closely with the investment team to qualify and assess opportunities
• Monitor market trends and maintain an up-to-date view of the competitive landscape

Candidate Profile:

• 2–5 years of experience in deal origination, M&A, business development, or corporate finance
• Strong interest or background in the software and technology sector
• Fluent in German and English
