As a Client Advisor in our Geneva office, you will be at the heart of our client interactions. Your mission is to prospect new clients, respond to incoming requests, and build long‑lasting relationships. You will guide clients in selecting the best travel solutions, ensure seamless communication, and represent our brand. This role offers autonomy, direct client contact, and the opportunity to grow within a team of experts passionate about private aviation.
What You Will Do
Actively identify, pursue, and develop new business opportunities.
Advise and guide clients, matching their needs with the best charter solutions.
Serve as the primary contact for clients, managing requests, quotations, and follow‑up.
Maintain and nurture strong client relationships, which include welcoming clients at departure from Geneva airport.
Monitor and track client requests, ensuring up‑to‑date information in CRM.
Contribute to marketing initiatives, including social media activities and promotional content, as well as take part in different projects with the team.
Your Profile You are proactive, confident, and a natural communicator who enjoys building relationships with diverse clients. You work autonomously, stay organized, and adapt quickly. Creative and resourceful, you’re not afraid to bring new ideas and think outside the box.
University degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a commercial, sales, or client‑facing role.
Bilingual French–English (written and spoken); other languages are a plus.
Holder of a valid Swiss work permit (or a valid work permit from EU/EFTA States).
Knowledge of private aviation, aircraft types, or airport operations is a strong advantage.
