The Role As an
IT Project Manager , you will take ownership of IT projects from planning through to successful delivery, working closely with internal technical teams, customers and other stakeholders. You will be responsible for coordinating project activities, managing timelines and priorities, identifying risks and ensuring projects are delivered to the required quality and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Manage IT/software projects from initiation through to delivery
Define project scope, objectives, milestones and delivery plans
Coordinate cross-functional technical teams and stakeholders
Manage project timelines, priorities, risks and dependencies
Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Gather and clarify business and technical requirements
Monitor project progress and communicate updates to senior stakeholders
Identify issues and implement appropriate solutions
Support resource planning and project coordination
Ensure effective documentation and project governance
Work closely with software, IT and engineering teams throughout delivery
Contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes and ways of working
About You We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager with a strong background in delivering
software or technology projects .
You will ideally have:
Several years' experience managing IT/software projects
Experience coordinating technical teams and multiple stakeholders
Strong understanding of software development and IT environments
Experience managing project timelines, risks, dependencies and resources
Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
A structured and organised approach to project delivery
Experience working in Agile environments
Ability to work effectively in an international environment
Strong English communication skills, German is a plus
Experience within
logistics, warehouse automation, WMS, WCS, supply chain or industrial technology
