Job Responsibilities:
- Customer-oriented support and advice for existing and new customers
- Development and design of customer-specific solutions
- Preparation of technical and commercial proposals in the SAP ERP system
- Creation and tracking of standardized and individual offers
- Processing customer specifications (buildings, etc.), third-party trades, and internal project requirements (measurement, etc.)
- Security/access concept coordination with CE management
- Interface definition of mechanics / PLC
- Monitoring, coordination, and support of projects
- Active collaboration with other departments (development, product management, design, project management)
Requirements:
- Successfully completed studies in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, mechatronics, or a comparable qualification or experience
- First professional experience in a similar role; experience in sales of technical capital goods is a plus; young professionals are welcome
- Profound knowledge of mechanical engineering, preferably in intralogistics
- Knowledge of SAP, MS Office, and CAD
- Customer-oriented mindset and solution-oriented thinking
- Structured, communicative, team-oriented, and independent working style
- Willingness to travel
- Responsibility, reliability, and determination
- Team spirit, organizational, and communication skills
- Well-groomed, personable, and confident demeanor
- Language skills: English and German required; additional languages are an advantage
