You will lead the Software Tools team, shape the future toolchain strategy, and deliver scalable solutions that support engineering, production and after-sales functions. Responsibilities: Lead and develop a team of software professionals. Define and execute strategy for engineering, IoT and production toolchains. Assess and implement technologies to improve automation and software delivery. Collaborate with project managers, product owners and infrastructure teams. Ensure platforms and applications remain scalable, secure and future-ready. Requirements: Degree or equivalent qualification in IT, Software Engineering, Mechatronics or related discipline. Experience leading or transforming software development teams. Knowledge of Azure DevOps is advantageous. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
