Business Development Manager – Active Ingredients SkinCare DACH
We are looking for someone who already knows this market from the inside.
Someone with 5 to 10 years of experience selling premium cosmetic active ingredients in Germany, who understands the customers, the decision-making process, the competitive landscape and what it takes to create value in a high‑end, science‑driven environment.
But more than experience, what matters to us is the pleasure of building. We are not looking for someone to simply manage an existing business or execute a predefined sales plan.
We are looking for someone who enjoys starting from a blank page, creating momentum where there was none, opening doors, building relationships, shaping a market and watching something grow because they made it happen.
This is not a role for someone whose main motivation is simply to take the next step in their career or move into a more senior position.
You need to enjoy the uncertainty and freedom that come with building from scratch. There will not always be a predefined roadmap, a ready‑made customer list or a perfectly established way of doing things.
