Wir suchen einen motivierten  Backend Developer , der unsere Plattform nicht nur baut, sondern  verantwortet – Ende-zu-Ende, von Architektur bis Betrieb. Wenn du Ownership lebst, pragmatische Lösungen findest und echten Impact im Digital-Health-Bereich willst, bist du bei uns richtig.

Deine Aufgaben

• Entwicklung & Optimierung: Backend mit  PHP 8 ,  Symfony 7und  API Platform .
• Integrationen & Datenflüsse: u. a.  Mirth Connect , HL7, FHIR – robuste, sichere Schnittstellen.
• API-Design: Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung interner und externer APIs (Versionierung, Auth, Rate-Limiting).
• Collaboration: enge Zusammenarbeit mit Frontend (React) und Product; saubere Schnittstellen und klare Handovers.
• Performance & Skalierung: Profiling, Caching-Strategien, Queueing,  nginx -Tuning.
• Qualität: Tests (Unit/Integration), Code-Reviews, Clean Code, Security-Best-Practices.
• DevOps & Infra Ownership: CI/CD, Containerisierung (Docker), Orchestrierung (z. B. Kubernetes), Cloud (AWS/GCP),  Infrastructure as Code , Observability (Logs, Metrics, Tracing), Alerting & Incident-Handling.

Das bringst du mit

• Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung als Backend Developer in einem produktiven Umfeld (idealerweise Digital Health oder regulierte Domänen).
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in  PHP 8 ,  Symfony 7und moderner  API-Entwicklung .
• Praxis in  Systemintegrationen und Gesundheitsstandards (HL7, FHIR) sowie im Web-Stack (nginx).
• Hands-on mit  CI/CD ,  Docker/K8s ,  Cloud-Infra ,  IaC ,  Monitoring/Alerting .
• Ownership-Mindset: du übernimmst Verantwortung, schaffst Klarheit und lieferst zuverlässig.
• Offen, konstruktiv, hoher Qualitätsanspruch – und der Wille, Dinge wirklich voranzutreiben.

We’re looking for a motivated Backend Developer who doesn’t just build our platform but owns it—end to end, from architecture to operations. If you live ownership, find pragmatic solutions, and want real impact in digital health, you’ll feel at home here.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop & Optimize: Backend with PHP 8 , Symfony 7 , and API Platform .
• Integrations & Data Flows: e.g. Mirth Connect , HL7 , FHIR —robust, secure interfaces.
• API Design: Build and evolve internal and external APIs (versioning, auth, rate limiting).
• Collaboration: Work closely with Frontend (React) and Product; clean interfaces and clear handovers.
• Performance & Scale: Profiling, caching strategies, queuing, nginx tuning.
• Quality: Unit/integration tests, code reviews, clean code, security best practices.
• DevOps & Infra Ownership: CI/CD, containerization ( Docker ), orchestration (e.g. Kubernetes ), cloud ( AWS/GCP ), IaC, observability (logs, metrics, tracing), alerting & incident handling.

What You Bring

• 2+ years as a backend developer in production (ideally digital health or other regulated domains).
• Strong skills in PHP 8 , Symfony 7 , and modern API development.
• Experience with system integrations and healthcare standards ( HL7, FHIR ) plus the web stack ( nginx ).
• Hands-on with CI/CD , Docker/K8s , cloud infra, IaC , monitoring/alerting.
• Ownership mindset: you take responsibility, create clarity, and deliver reliably.
• Open, constructive, high quality bar—and the drive to move things forward.
