We seek an experienced and versatile Marketing Manager passionate about driving this mission forward. With expertise in the B2B environment, you will play a pivotal role in Processand\’s growth. As a Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing marketing strategies that align with our business objectives and fuel growth. Your key responsibilities include: Brand Development: Taking ownership of building and nurturing our brand in all its facets, ensuring a strong and consistent market presence. Content Creation: Developing a deep understanding of process intelligence for large enterprises, enabling you to create impactful content such as success stories or value cases that leave lasting impressions. Strategic Planning: Defining and delivering our marketing strategy, including corporate identity, messaging, and overall communication. You will establish and maintain visual branding guidelines to ensure consistency across all channels. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with sales, data science, consulting, and leadership teams to create cohesive and effective marketing campaigns. Performance Management: Controlling, measuring, and analyzing the effectiveness of marketing strategies and campaigns. You will be responsible for reporting key metrics and ensuring alignment with business goals. Marketing Operations: Overseeing all marketing-related activities and driving the operational aspects of marketing initiatives. Your profile Bachelor\’s degree or higher in marketing, business, communications or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus Experience as a marketing manager, preferably within the tech or consulting sector, with a proven track record in B2B Strong skills in branding, content creation, and storytelling. Proven success in developing marketing plans and campaigns A strategic mindset with a focus on measurable results, capable of designing and executing marketing strategies that align with Processand\’s business objectives Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
