Proclinical is seeking a Quality Assurance Logistic Specialist to join a dynamic team in Switzerland. In this role, you will ensure the verification of incoming materials and oversee the qualification processes to align with regulatory requirements and corporate standards. You will play a key role in maintaining compliance, managing raw material data, and ensuring timely escalation of risks or issues. This is an onsite position requiring a strong understanding of GMP regulations and quality management systems. /p pPlease note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location or hold an EU passport. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liPerform verification of incoming materials according to established procedures. /li liEstablish and maintain SOPs and systems for raw material suppliers. /li liOversee the qualification of materials used in manufacturing, including physical verification and release in LIMS. /li liManage change notifications and quality alerts from the network and raw material suppliers. /li liHandle deviations and changes associated with materials. /li liCollect and organize KPIs related to material qualification and release services. /li liEscalate critical quality issues promptly while ensuring compliance with GMP standards. /li /ul h3Key Skills And Requirements /h3 ul liDegree in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field. /li liProficiency in English; knowledge of German is an advantage. /li liStrong understanding of GMP regulations and pharmaceutical quality management systems. /li liFamiliarity with quality systems such as SAP and LIMS. /li liExperience managing quality tools, including deviations, CAPA, and change controls. /li liExcellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, especially under pressure. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
