Proclinical is seeking a Clinical Specialist to provide technical and clinical support for surgical procedures involving advanced cardiac technologies. In this role, you will work closely with healthcare professionals, including surgeons and operating room staff, to ensure the effective use of medical devices and deliver training on related procedures. This position requires a collaborative approach, strategic planning, and a commitment to supporting patient care.
Responsibilities Provide training to healthcare professionals using both didactic and hands‑on laboratory methods. Offer technical and clinical support during live surgical procedures. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to discuss technology, training programs, and clinical trials. Work closely with sales, marketing, and engineering teams to support account development. Communicate case notes, product feedback, and clinical insights regularly.
Key Skills and Requirements Strong attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills. Proficiency in English and ability to communicate effectively across all levels. Experience in an operating room, electrophysiology lab, or catheterization lab preferred. Health science degree or equivalent demonstrated experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Word). Strong presentation, relationship‑building, and problem‑solving skills. Willingness to travel extensively (75-80%).
