Proclinical is seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager to drive sales growth and customer success within a specialised medical device portfolio across a defined region. This role combines commercial and clinical expertise to support product adoption, deliver training, and provide ongoing customer support in acute care environments.
Responsibilities
Manage overall territory performance, including revenue growth, profitability, and account development
Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans
Build and maintain strong relationships with clinical users, key decision-makers, and senior stakeholders
Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities while expanding existing accounts
Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver a high-quality customer experience
Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities
Lead product evaluations, trials, and contract negotiations
Educate customers on product value, clinical applications, and workflow integration
Provide structured market feedback to internal stakeholders including sales, marketing, and product teams
Deliver clinical training to ensure safe, effective, and compliant product use
Support customers through onboarding, evaluations, and post-installation phases
Troubleshoot clinical and workflow challenges while reinforcing best practices
Key Skills and Requirements
Proven experience in medical device sales, ideally within consultative, capital, and clinical sales environments
Strong background in acute care settings; exposure to cardiology or haemostasis is advantageous
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage clinical audiences
Demonstrated success in managing territories, building pipelines, and executing strategic sales plans
Strong clinical and technical aptitude with the ability to train and support end users
Highly organised with strong collaboration and project management capabilities
