This role focuses on maintaining and repairing machinery and equipment while ensuring smooth operational workflows. Responsibilities Perform maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment based on technical drawings and sketches. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with production systems and equipment. Coordinate workflows effectively with the team and stakeholders. Qualifications Completed training as a Polymechaniker EFZ or a related field. Knowledge of automation systems is advantageous. Willingness to pursue continuous professional development. Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments. Strong reliability, resilience, and proactive communication skills.
