Proclinical is working alongside a dynamic and fast-paced company who is seeking a dedicated Helpdesk Specialist for a full-time position based in the Greater Munich Area. Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive support to clients, including software packaging and managing tools.
- Handle Windows operating systems, iPads, iPhones, and occasionally Linux servers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with a team of experienced professionals, including direct guidance from senior staff.
- Participate in on-call service, requiring fluency in English.
- Work on-site with the option for 2 days of home office per week.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of support experience.
- Exposure to a variety of technologies and the ability to analyze and resolve complex issues.
- Strong communication skills, particularly in English.
- Experience with Baramundi, Intune, and VPN technologies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, chaotic, and lively environment.
