QA Raw Material Compliance Specialist

ppBe the gatekeeper of quality-safeguard raw material compliance in a dynamic GMP environment. /ppProclinical is seeking a QA Raw Material Compliance Specialist to join a dynamic team in Switzerland. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the compliance and quality of raw materials by managing Vendor Change Notifications (VCNs). This position involves working across multiple systems and collaborating with various departments to ensure regulatory and procedural adherence. /ppPlease note that to be considered for this role, you must have the right to work in this location or hold an EU passport. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliReview, assess, and coordinate the evaluation of Vendor Change Notifications (VCNs) from suppliers. /liliConduct and document impact assessments in collaboration with relevant departments. /liliTrack and manage VCNs to ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory standards. /liliOversee the timely implementation of required actions and updates to documentation. /liliWork within systems such as SAP, TrackWise, and Document Management Systems to maintain accurate records. /li /ulh3Key Skills and Requirements /h3ulliDegree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related field. /liliFamiliarity with GMP regulations and change control processes. /liliDetail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities. /liliStrong communication and teamwork skills, both written and verbal. /liliAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a team. /liliExperience with supply chains, raw materials, equipment, facilities, and logistics is advantageous. /liliProficiency in English; German language skills are a plus. /liliHybrid work model: two days on-site. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
