Proclinical is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our client's team as a
In-house Nursing Specialist (Betriebspflegefachfrau/mann) for the internal medical service. This role focuses on coordinating and managing medical services in collaboration with external healthcare providers, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations, and supporting workplace health initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and execute medical services in partnership with external medical providers.
• Organize and oversee health screenings, pre-employment examinations, vaccinations, and occupational health check-ups.
• Manage official documents for the medical service, including digital record-keeping and ensuring compliance with data protection laws.
• Archive medical records in line with legal retention requirements and ensure their secure and confidential storage.
• Facilitate access to medical records upon request, ensuring proper authorization and secure information transfer.
• Act as the primary contact for employees regarding medical matters, including scheduling and coordinating examinations and treatments.
• Participate in medically relevant processes, including audits.
• Support and organize first aid measures and workplace health training sessions.
• Collaborate with internal and external departments to promote prevention programs and health management initiatives.
• Manage medical supplies in coordination with external partners.
• Organize internal communication on health and safety topics.
• Contribute to the implementation and management of health programs aimed at improving well-being through disease and accident prevention.
• Maintain a record-keeping system that meets legal requirements and ensures confidentiality.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of medical documentation and data protection regulations.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
• Experience in health promotion, prevention programs, or occupational health is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with employees and external partners.
• Proficiency in managing medical supplies and supporting health-related initiatives.
• Fluency in German; additional language skills are a plus.
