Overview In this role you will drive the design and optimization of low-voltage electrical systems within highly automated manufacturing facilities. You will work with a cross-functional team to ensure safe, reliable, and energy-efficient infrastructure that complies with industry standards. You will influence modernization efforts and lifecycle management across projects, contributing to plant reliability and performance. Verantwortungsbereiche Design, specify, and implement low-voltage electrical systems for industrial environments Lead and support projects involving drive technology, VFDs, frequency converters, switchgear, UPS, electrical heating, and pipe trace heating Develop engineering concepts, technical specifications, schematics, and design documentation for new installations and upgrades Provide technical expertise throughout project lifecycles including feasibility studies, detailed design, commissioning, and handover Contribute to electrical infrastructure modernization and asset lifecycle management Ensure compliance with regulations and standards (NIN, ATEX, VKF, electrical safety) Support troubleshooting and continuous improvement to enhance plant reliability and efficiency Identify and implement energy optimization measures to improve sustainability and reduce operating costs Collaborate with operations, maintenance, automation, and project teams to deliver safe, effective, and innovative solutions Zentrale Anforderungen Degree in Electrical Engineering (BSc/MSc/HF) or equivalent qualification (Federally Certified Electrical Installer, Master Electrician, or Electrical Project Manager FA) Experience in designing, planning, and implementing electrical systems in industrial manufacturing environments Strong knowledge of power distribution, motor control, drive systems, switchgear, UPS, and industrial electrical installations Proven ability to manage projects from concept through commissioning and operational support Familiarity with regulated industries (pharma, biotech, chemicals, or process manufacturing) is advantageous Proficiency in German and English Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured, detail-oriented approach Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Collaborative mindset focused on safety, quality, innovation, and continuous improvement communication stakeholder management team collaboration Low-voltage electrical systems Power distribution Motor control
