Overview In this role you design and govern network architectures for IT and OT in enterprise and industrial settings, ensuring secure, scalable infrastructure that aligns with global standards. You will coordinate across teams, manage external providers, and support regulatory compliance. The position emphasizes IT-OT integration, data integrity, and lifecycle management, with on-site ownership post-go-live. You’ll shape end-to-end infrastructure delivery in complex, regulated environments. Verantwortungsbereiche Define and oversee enterprise and industrial network architectures aligned with IT-OT standards Design segmented IT-OT zones (DMZs, VLANs) and secure data flows supporting SCADA/PLC/DCS/MES Lead infrastructure activities across networks and hosting to meet project milestones Conduct architecture reviews and ensure alignment with corporate standards Support site deployment activities including design validation, cutovers, testing and go-live Coordinate integration of on-premises, hybrid, and cloud networks and hosting Oversee external service providers, systems integrators, and vendors for quality and compliance Ensure adherence to GxP, data integrity, cybersecurity standards (IEC 62443, ISO 27001) and support audits and risk assessments Maintain architecture documentation and validation-related deliverables Transition to on-site owner for IT run services post-go-live with monitoring and KPI structures Drive network standardization, modernization, and lifecycle management initiatives Zentrale Anforderungen Expertise in network architecture and infrastructure design (LAN, WAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, routing, switching, firewalls, network security) Experience in IT-OT integration and large-scale project delivery Ability to translate architectures into practical operational solutions Knowledge of GxP-regulated environments and compliance requirements Familiarity with IT service management, incident/problem management, and operations governance Strong coordination and communication across global teams and stakeholders Proficiency in English; German a plus Experience in regulated industries advantageous strong coordination and communication cross-functional collaboration problem-solving and adaptability LAN, WAN, WLAN, SD-WAN routing and switching firewalls and network security
