This role focuses on delivering scalable, secure, and maintainable manufacturing system integrations, including DeltaV, Syncade MES, PI Historian, and LIMS. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless integration, alignment with architecture standards, and successful project execution. /p pPlease note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location or hold an EU passport. /p pbResponsibilities: /b /p ul liLead the design, configuration, development, testing, and deployment of OT integrations for ODH Phase 1. /li liDeliver integrations for systems such as DeltaV, Syncade MES, PI Historian, and LIMS connectivity. /li liOversee OT operational applications and plant‑side visualization capabilities within the approved project scope. /li liCoordinate resources, external partners, and vendors to ensure timely and quality delivery. /li liConfigure and develop OT platforms, including Ignition, HiveMQ connectors, gateways, and related services. /li liDefine and implement message structures, mappings, interfaces, and transformations. /li liEnsure integration deliverables meet scalability, security, and maintainability standards. /li liDevelop source‑to‑target mappings for manufacturing data, ensuring semantic accuracy and traceability. /li liCollaborate with vendors to establish supported integration paths and avoid unsupported configurations. /li liConduct network assessments to evaluate existing interfaces, connectivity, and integration maturity. /li liEstablish reusable integration patterns and provide estimates for future rollout planning. /li liAlign integration practices with DevSecOps, change control, and lifecycle management standards. /li liSupport qualification, validation, and operational readiness activities. /li liManage technical scopes, deliverables, and partner performance to ensure successful project outcomes. /li /ul pbKey Skills and Requirements: /b /p ul liProven experience in delivering production‑grade integrations across automation, MES, historian, and manufacturing‑data platforms. /li liStrong understanding of DCS, MES, and historian environments, preferably including DeltaV, Syncade, and AVEVA PI. /li liExpertise in industrial data platforms such as Ignition, MQTT, HiveMQ, and event‑driven architectures. /li liKnowledge of digital manufacturing architectures, ISA‑88/ISA‑95 standards, and OT‑IT boundaries. /li liAbility to implement mappings for manufacturing data, including batches, materials, equipment, and quality information. /li liExperience with APIs, message models, version control, and reusable software‑configuration patterns. /li liFamiliarity with automated deployments, regression testing, and secure development practices in OT environments. /li liUnderstanding of GMP, CSV‑CSA, and data integrity requirements in regulated manufacturing. /li liStrong vendor and partner management skills, with the ability to define clear deliverables and acceptance criteria. /li liCapability to design integrations with robust monitoring, diagnostics, and lifecycle support. /li /ul pIf you are having difficulty in applying or if you have any questions, please contact bOlivier Worch /b at . /p pBy submitting this application, you confirm that you've read and understood our privacy policy, which informs you how we process and safeguard your data – /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
