Your role will involve working closely with HR colleagues across 10 German sites to develop and implement strategies that foster a positive work environment and establish the systems necessary for success. Key Responsibilities: Autonomously lead implementation of corporate HR projects e.g.

on policies or benefits in collaboration with relevant stakeholders including works councils. Establish and continuously improve HR guidelines to enable the effective operational work of HR business partners, e.g. empowering HR team members in resolving employee inquiries effectively.

Ensure compliance of HR systems and processes through health checks on legal requirements and business needs. This position is ideal for individuals looking to leverage their HR expertise to drive organizational success while developing their leadership skills in a dynamic environment. Strong communication, strategic thinking, and a commitment to enhancing the employee experience are essential for this role.
